Who I Am and What I Do

Nicknamed "Mighty Mouse" by my pro-athlete clients because of my ability to deliver deep pressure despite my small stature. I have been performing massage since I was a child as my family’s passion for studying the inner workings of the human body fueled an early desire to pursue an education as a Certified Massage Therapist. 

I graduated dean’s list from Heritage College in Colorado, 2003, and quickly acquired National Certification. In 2006, I became a P.U.S.H. Therapist, a rare certification in the United States. P.U.S.H. Therapy specializes in chronic pain and enables me to easily locate the source of discomfort.

Combining my P.U.S.H. training, working with NFL, NBA, MLB players & other top athletes, A-list celebrities & TV personalities, and corporate companies, along with 12 years in the spa industry allows me to provide exceptional, and a personalized unique, massage to each and every client. I combine relaxing and deeply effective massage techniques to relieve your body of pain in all your problematic areas. My motto since childhood has always been "Be the best part of someone's day!"
